- 店頭受取の申込期限
Pickup order deadlines 各商品の販売期間内にご注文ください。土曜日受取分は金曜日22:00まで、日曜日受取分は土曜日22:00まで（いずれも日本時間）受け付けます。商品ページに別途記載がある場合は、その記載が優先されます。
Order during each product's sales period. The deadline is Friday at 22:00 JST for Saturday pickup and Saturday at 22:00 JST for Sunday pickup. Any different deadline shown on a product page takes priority.
- 店頭受取のキャンセル・返金
Pickup cancellations and refunds 各受取日の申込期限までは、メールまたは電話でキャンセルをご連絡いただければ全額返金します。申込期限後は、お客様都合によるキャンセル、変更、返金はお受けできません。受取日の16:00までにご来店がない場合も返金はいたしません。やむを得ない事情については、当店の判断で個別に対応する場合があります。
Contact us by email or telephone before the applicable order deadline to cancel for a full refund. After the deadline, customer-requested cancellations, changes and refunds are not available. Orders not collected by 16:00 on the selected pickup date are not refunded. We may make individual goodwill exceptions for emergencies at our discretion.
- 不備・不良品
Wrong, missing or defective items 商品に不足、間違い、破損または不良がある場合は、受取後速やかにメールまたは電話でご連絡ください。可能な場合は正しい商品との交換または不足分のご用意を行い、難しい場合は該当商品またはご注文を返金します。
If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us promptly after pickup. Where practical, we will correct or replace it; otherwise, we will refund the affected item or order.
- 当店によるキャンセル
Cancellation by Pide 当店の都合で商品をご用意できない場合は、全額返金します。ご希望の場合は、後日の受取をご提案することがあります。
If Pide cannot prepare your order, we will issue a full refund. We may offer pickup on a later date if you prefer.
- 販売数量
Quantity 各商品ごとに数量限定で販売し、予定数に達し次第受付を終了します。
Quantities are limited by product, and ordering closes when the available allocation is sold out.
- 引き渡し時期
Pickup ご注文時に指定された受取日の12:00〜16:00に、Pide（神奈川県鎌倉市大町4丁目1-1）でお渡しします。
Collect your order at Pide, 4-1-1 Omachi, Kamakura, between 12:00–16:00 on the pickup date selected with your order.

Payment methods クレジットカードその他、Shopifyのチェックアウト画面に表示される決済方法をご利用いただけます。
You can use credit cards and any other payment methods displayed at Shopify checkout.

Payment timing ご注文時に決済されます。
Payment is taken when the order is placed.
日本国内への発送
ショップの商品は日本国内へ発送します。パンなどのご予約商品は店頭受取のみです。
お支払い確認後7日以内（土日祝日を含む）に発送します。配達日数は発送後から数え、お届け先や配送会社により異なります。天候、休日、交通事情などにより遅れる場合があります。7日以内に発送できない場合は、発送予定日をご連絡します。発送前であればキャンセル・全額返金を承ります。
キーホルダーのみのご注文は、日本郵便のレターパックライトで郵便受けへお届けします。その他のショップ商品はヤマト運輸で発送します。発送後に追跡番号をお知らせします。当ショップではお届け日・時間帯の指定は承っておりません。
送料は1注文ごとに計算し、消費税と封筒・箱代を含みます。キーホルダーのみのご注文は全国一律430円です。その他の商品1点は小型荷物、複数点を含むご注文は通常荷物の料金となります。お届け先住所に基づく正確な送料は、ご購入手続き画面に表示します。

発送商品のキャンセル・返品
キャンセルをご希望の場合は、注文番号を添えてpide.kamakura@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。発送前にご連絡をいただいた場合は、送料を含むご注文金額を全額返金します。発送後は、サイズ・色のお好みなど、お客様都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。ご注文前に商品の寸法や詳細をご確認ください。
商品の間違い、不足、破損または不良がある場合は、お届け後速やかに、できるだけ7日以内にご連絡ください。注文番号と、可能であれば商品の写真をお送りください。返送方法をご案内しますので、返送前にご連絡をお願いします。必要な返送料・交換品の送料は当店が負担します。交換が可能な場合は交換し、難しい場合は該当商品と必要に応じた送料を返金します。この連絡時期のお願いは、法令に基づくお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。
追跡情報に問題がある場合や商品が届かない場合は、当店までご連絡ください。配送会社へ確認し、状況に応じて対応します。
Japan shipping
We ship shop items within Japan. Bakery pre-orders are for store pickup only.
We dispatch orders within 7 calendar days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time starts after dispatch and varies by destination and carrier. Weather, holidays and transport disruption may cause delays. If we cannot dispatch within this period, we will contact you with an updated date; you may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.
Keychain-only orders ship with Japan Post Letter Pack Light, delivered to your mailbox. Other shop orders ship with Yamato. We send tracking information after dispatch. Delivery dates and time slots cannot be selected through our shop.
Shipping is charged per order and includes tax and the envelope or box. Keychain-only orders cost ¥430 nationwide. One other item uses our small-parcel rate; orders containing multiple items use our standard-parcel rate. The exact charge is shown at checkout using your delivery address.

Cancellations and returns for shipped orders
To cancel, email pide.kamakura@gmail.com with your order number. If your request reaches us before dispatch, we will cancel and refund the full order amount, including shipping. After dispatch, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including size or colour preferences. Please check product measurements and details before ordering.
If an item is wrong, missing, damaged or defective, contact us promptly after delivery, preferably within 7 days, with your order number and photos if available. Please contact us before returning anything so we can arrange the return. We cover necessary return and replacement shipping costs. We will replace the affected item when possible; otherwise, we will refund it and any applicable shipping charges. This contact request does not limit your statutory rights.
If tracking shows a problem or your parcel has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
